Shows, new prints and a first visit to Roots Hall

Been very busy since my last blog post with shows starting again, new style prints to launch ...and watching plenty of football with my son!
The show season started again last month and is now in full swing. Next weekend (4th - 7th May) you will find me at the excellent Essex Craft and Design show at RHS Hyde Hall (I would say it was excellent as I'm one of the organisers!)
I will also be exhibiting at Grand Designs Live at London's ExCeL which starts on Saturday 5th May.

Not only am I busy exhibiting I have also re-launched my prints which are now available to buy on the website. They are now printed in A4, A3 and A2 sizes and contain the name of the club and stadium. I am really happy with them, time will tell if you all do!?!

Although extremely busy I have still found time watch a number of matches with my son. The biggest game had to be Southend United v Portsmouth on Saturday 17th February ...why so important? It was the first time I took my son to Roots Hall ...my sporting home! I first watched Southend United in 1979 when my Dad took me to see them play the mighty Liverpool. This was my Dad's only ever game as he has no love for fottball (I know!!) but I have been going ever since. The montage below includes a photo of me and Oliver in the West stand of Roots Hall, the exact same spot where me and my Dad stood!
My son now keeps asking how my team are doing, I keep reminding him its 'Our team Oliver ...our team'
